Your degree will be posted once all coursework and non-coursework requirements are complete and all grades have been recorded. You will receive an email from the Registrar’s Office when your degree has been posted. Most degrees are posted within two weeks of completion of the final requirement.

Once your degree is posted, your diploma will be ordered and mailed to the address listed on your degree application. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.

• Bachelor and Master diplomas: 8.5 x 11 inches
• Doctoral and Education Specialist diplomas: 10 x 13 inches

You will receive a diploma cover at the commencement ceremony to keep your diploma in if you choose. Your actual diploma will be mailed to you after all of your degree requirements have been met.

Log into the portal, and select Academics from the lefthand menu. Once your degree has been posted, it will appear on your unofficial transcript.

Employers can request a degree verification through the National Student Clearinghouse by going to . Please note that it may take up to one month after your degree is posted for the National Student Clearinghouse to reflect the updated degree information.
